The architecture is modern, on one level with flat roof.

The building is designed with a modern vision, flat roof and elegant design, which is a combination of natural wood, white plaster and gray profiles. Part of the facade smoothly flows into the decking, which covers the space around the pool, creating a feeling of luxury and comfort of living. Large windows reaching to the ground create an additional sense of space in the premises, as well as unity with the surrounding nature.
